Creating Conscious Relationships

A class based on bringing awareness to behaviors and actions in all relationships that contribute to emotional/physical/and psychological separations.

We will review why behaviors are present and what you can do to heal the connections/relationships.

Class One:
There will be discussions based on theories and experiences in relationships of all kinds.

We will follow that with various practical applications that will be applied in group settings to help you understand the impact of the changes that we are desiring to see in our relationships.

Ending with practical applications to take home and apply. The second class will build on the first.

Class Two:
In this class we will review the changes you have implemented with your families and the results you have experienced due to them.

Followed by recognizing personal behaviors and what you can do to promote and encourage the new connections you have established.

This class will provide you with useful tools to recognizing the aspects of relationships that you have control over as well as the areas to focus your energy for the results you want.
