The Embodied Quantum Self Framework
At Holistic Health and Fitness Therapy, Inc., my therapeutic approach is built on the belief that healing is most powerful when it engages the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and energy. I call this model The Embodied Quantum Self, an integrative psychotherapy framework that draws from evidence-based psychology, somatic therapies, energy psychology, and emerging mind-body science.
Starting with a Strong Foundation
I begin with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation on emotions. This helps clients build awareness of how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and it provides practical strategies for everyday challenges. Understanding emotions and learning skills for regulation creates a safe, grounded foundation before moving into deeper healing work.
Integrating Mind, Body, and Energy
Once clients feel resourced, I weave together several therapeutic approaches:
Mindfulness & Meditation: Building presence, self-awareness, and calm through simple daily practices.
Somatic Theory: Exploring body sensations, posture, and patterns of pain or tension to release trauma stored in the body.
Polyvagal Theory: Using breathwork, movement, and social engagement to restore balance in the nervous system and increase resilience.
Internal Family Systems (IFS): Helping clients identify and integrate their protective and wounded inner “parts” while reconnecting with the compassionate Self.
Inner Child Work: Healing unmet needs from childhood through compassion, validation, and reparenting practices.
Energy Psychology: Techniques like EFT (tapping), Reiki, and chakra clearing to release blockages and restore energetic flow.
Intention & Visualization: Inspired by quantum principles, guiding clients to use focused awareness to shift patterns and create new possibilities.

My Role as a Therapist
I see my role as a facilitator of self-discovery and integration. I bring presence, compassion, and attunement to create a safe therapeutic relationship. By blending education, skill-building, and deep experiential practices, I guide clients back to their own inner wisdom and self-healing capacity.
