During a session, the practitioner works on your energy field and energy centers (chakras) by cleansing away stress or blockages and restoring fresh energy. Many people notice feeling lighter, more relaxed, and renewed after a session.

During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body. Many people describe feeling warmth, calmness, or a deep sense of peace.
