Online/distance services are available in 12 week programs. This includes weekly Skype/phone session to cover any questions or technique based issues there may be. Rates are based on desired service combinations.

PERSONAL TRAINING

This form of training is based on weight lifting and functional strength. When you follow the plan and push yourself outside of your comfort zones, you will see results.

YOGA

This practice is based on improving flexibility, breathing patterns, and strength. Another form of re-establishing the connection to your body. While you receive some of the same benefits as Strength and Conditioning the benefits of this practice also include:

CALISTHENICS

Another form of connection to your body. It’s you and your body. There are no weights and virtually no equipment. This is a great middle ground between Strength Training and Yoga. Some of the benefits include:

Diet and Nutrition

I provide you with a specific food list of foods that will promote fat loss, muscle growth, increased energy, improve sleep, and your overall health.

The process of how we incorporate the dietary changes is based on our initial consultation. We discuss where you are emotionally, mentally, physically, your previous experiences, and what you want to achieve.

From that consultation I will provide a guideline and information to get you started. This guideline will continue to evolve as you meet your goals.
